"Devaneios & Abstrações" ("Daydreams & Abstractions", in english) was my debut track, and as such, it had the duty to express my basic artistic aspirations: the taste for a melodic and conceptual structure.

So in this case, the idea was to build a track that would represent our difficulty in letting go of our worries even when we were at rest. But also, show that we can, and must, allow ourselves to hover for moments without compromise in order to live the present lightly, without guilt and with quality of life.

If you notice, all this dynamic is built through the sound of the acoustic guitar (yes, it's a acoustic guitar, not a bass guitar), which at first sounds "square" and without much movement - despite the drums trying to move it. But then the acoustic guitar sounds lighter, dynamic and in line with the other instruments, thus proposing this achievement of natural and guilt-free relaxation. Perhaps a little thanks to meditation and yoga techniques.
